Why You Should Not Buy 'Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle'

If you don't like to read a lot of pages, this book is not for you. Tom delivers "337 pages" of hard-hitting data. It will take some hours to read it all. If you're looking for a quick-fix for your weight loss problem, then this is probably not the book for you. There are a lot of facts and insights to Tom's material and it will require hours to digest it all, and more hours to put it to work.

If you're comfortable with all the advertising messages hitting us all the time about this diet fad, or that vitamin supplement, or this etc, etc, then you may not be comfortable with the many mythes and old beliefs Tom pokes holes in throughout his indepth researched ebook on diets and how you can finally take control of your body weight.

The author gives you a step-by-step guide to what works and what doesn't work for effecting your weight loss. He explains muscle toning and fitness, so once you lose the excess weight you will have a slimmed down, toned body to be proud of.
I suggest you read the "faqs section" before your purchase, for pages of impressive questions and answers; much more than your average author.

If you follow Tom's advice, you will find yourself changing your eating habits and what you eat. This may be unsettling to your spouse or friends, as they continue wolfing down that junk food. You will have to find ways to adjust to their comments about your changes. You will have to remain strong with your conviction to follow his plan and stay focused on your goal.

"Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" is a refreshingly realistic book about what you can expect following Tom's advice to lose weight. It does not make outrageous claims like so many other authors do, claims that few persons can ever attain, leaving the purchaser disillusioned after months of hard work. These claims are usually part of the sales pitch/ad they want you to fall for when you read the first webpage for their latest diet-fad.

The techniques outlined In 'Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle' will require effort on your part. You should be realistic about that from the beginning. Not everyone can shape themself into a supermodel. A person's body type and metabolic rates are different and you have to work within the limits imposed by your DNA as the author points out. Tom's methods provides realistic and achievable weight-loss goals

Here is the [chapter 2 title]: "Why 95% of all conventional diets fail-and the 8 most powerful strategies to permanently lose fat without diets or deprivation."

He doesn't propose just a diet, but more of an achievable and permanent change in your eating habits and lifestyle that will further support your efforts to lose and then stabilize your desired weight. These efforts will not only advise you how to shed the pounds, but to also maintain your new slimmed down look, help you tone up your muscless so you look younger, feel healthier, and provide you with new energy and a better self-esteem.

Here is {chapter 4 title]: "Charting your progress: How to use performance feedback to get from where you are to where you want to be."

"Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" is also available in MP3 format as a series of tele-seminars for anyone who does not like reading much, or just doesn't have the time.
I recommend the ebook version as it serves as a handy 'reference manual' to refer to now and again.

I've lost 7 lbs so far following Tom's advice and working on losing the other 10 now.
